Computer Operations - Shanghai
Monitoring multiple critical computer systems in a large 24 X 7 data center. Work closely with support teams when responding to problems, performing diagnostic procedures and providing documentation. Monitors computer room environment and support components, responds to alarm conditions and helps to ensure computer room and building security. The data center is staffed 24 X 7 365 days per year. Scheduled hours can be anytime during a 24 hour day and often includes weekends, breaks, holidays.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of basic information technology principles. Must be responsible and able to work alone with little supervision and available to work weekends and holidays. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.

User Experience Designer - Shanghai
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define user models, streamline experiences and produce both high-level flows and detailed UI mockups. Think of creative solutions to complex problems and proactively proposing improvements to the existing product. Design interfaces for multiple platforms that scale and extend elegantly. Juggle several projects at once in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field (BS or MS in Computer Science or related field a big plus)
- Demonstrated experience in designing usable interfaces for multiple platforms.
- Expert XHTML, HTML, Javascript and CSS skills.
- Familiarity with design techniques, such as, storyboarding, user research and wireframes required.
- Strong visual design sense.
- Ability to brainstorm well with other designers and give and take constructive feedback.

Web Development - Shanghai
Develop and maintain web services for Ledo Inc. (not only working on CTDISK.COM). Work includes programming, database design, testing and evaluating web services, web server maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Familiarity with standard web principles and concepts; ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated; and strong communication skills. Web experience through personal interests and projects, a student organization, or professional experience; be comfortable working in a PC-Linux environment; proficient in programming with at least one modern programming language.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Related work experience (3-5 years) in Web Development required.
- Working knowledge of HTML, MySQL, XHTML and PHP; familiarity with LINUX, Apache, JavaScript preferred.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time, both independently and as part of a team.
